In combination with our fine-art prints and framing we specialize in the dry-mounting of digital pigment prints and artworks. We offer mounting on the following materials :
DIBOND : This top-tier mounting material is an aluminum PVC sandwich panel, consisting of two aluminum layers with a PVC core. Thanks to its ‘sandwich’ structure, DIBOND offers a smooth, strong, and lightweight surface, ensuring a sleek and elegant finish for your images, with no risk of warping over time.
DILITE : As the name suggests, DILITE is the lighter version of DIBOND, produced by the same manufacturer. Although it is not only visually identical but also identical in quality to DIBOND, the aluminum layer is slightly thinner, making the panel lighter overall. This quality makes it especially suitable for smaller formats and ideal for use in framing
ACID- FREE ARCHIVAL CARDBOARD : Only suitable for framing behind glass, we use acid-free archival cardboard to mount your artwork. Please note that this material is reserved for smaller pieces. For larger works, even when framed behind glass, we recommend using DILITE. Unlike archival cardboard, which can be prone to warping due to its thinness and sensitivity to heat and moisture, DILITE offers greater stability and durability.
Dry-mounting is a permanent process and cannot be reversed. For this reason, we recommend this technique only for prints and artworks that are reproducible and not of high financial value. It is not suitable for unique or irreplaceable works.
